Why are you in the finance industry?
I entered the financial planning industry twenty years ago driven by a passion for empowering people. I love the process of helping clients build, grow, and protect their wealth to establish financial security. This foundation gives them the freedom and ability to truly enjoy life. I also deeply value the trusted relationships we build; it’s a privilege I never take for granted that clients place their life savings in my care.
What do you do outside of work?
Outside of work, I have a great passion for food and travel. I love experimenting with new recipes in the kitchen and exploring diverse restaurants and cuisines. My husband and I are also avid travellers. We enjoy immersing ourselves in different cultures, tasting local foods, and gaining a deeper perspective on how people live around the world.
What do you enjoy about working at Heard Financial?
What I enjoy most about working at Heard Financial is our collaborative and supportive team environment. We are all united in our goal to help each other and our clients succeed. While we are all dedicated and work hard, we also share a great sense of humour, which brings laughter into our day and makes our work life both fun and fulfilling.
